Refund Policy

A full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment, and no charge if you cancel during a free trial.

1. Who sells your subscription

AppGazers is operated by Sohel Kabir, a sole proprietor (“AppGazers”, “we”, “us”). Paid plans are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes payments, issues receipts and returns refunded money to you. This policy applies to the Basic and Pro subscriptions described on our pricing page and works together with our Terms and Conditions.

2. Free plan and free trials

The Free plan never charges you, so there is nothing to refund. Basic and Pro start with a 14-day free trial. Cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the first monthly payment is taken when the trial ends, and that payment is covered by the refund window below.

3. Full refund within 14 days

You can request a full refund of any subscription payment, whether it is your first payment or a monthly renewal, within 14 days of the date it was charged. You do not need to give a reason. The refund covers the whole payment, including any tax charged on it.

When a refund is issued, the subscription is cancelled and the account moves to the Free plan. Saved research stays in your account.

4. After 14 days

Payments are not refundable after 14 days, except where the law requires a refund or where we failed to provide the service you paid for, such as a duplicate charge, a billing error or a prolonged outage of paid features. Cancelling stops future renewals; paid features stay available until the end of the period already paid for.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email address, or include it in your message, together with the order number from your Paddle receipt if you have it. You can also find your order and contact Paddle at paddle.net. We aim to answer within two business days.

Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money can take up to 10 business days to appear.

6. Chargebacks and misuse

Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can resolve the problem quickly; a refund is usually faster than a chargeback. Where the law allows, we may decline refunds that are part of a repeated pattern of subscribing and refunding to obtain paid features without paying, and we will explain the decision.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under consumer law, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase in the European Union, the United Kingdom or elsewhere. Where the law gives you more than this policy, the law applies.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. A change does not reduce the refund rights of a payment made before it. Send refund and billing questions to [email protected].
