Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, VAT or GST, which is added at checkout where applicable. Paid plans open from your account soon; until then every account uses the Free plan, and your saved research carries over when you upgrade.
How billing works
- Payments: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes payment, issues invoices and receipts, and collects and remits sales taxes.
- Free trial: Basic and Pro start with a 14-day free trial, one per customer. Paddle collects a payment method when the trial starts. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged; otherwise the first monthly payment is taken when the trial ends.
- Renewal: paid plans renew automatically every month at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. We give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change affects your subscription.
- Cancellation: cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Paid features stay available until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan.
- Plan changes: an upgrade applies immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the billing period; a downgrade applies at the next renewal.
- Allowances: monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). When an allowance runs out, that feature pauses until the reset or an upgrade. We never charge for extra usage without your opt-in.
- Refunds: request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See the Refund Policy.
Questions
Is the Free plan free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no payment method. It is limited to the allowances above.
What counts as an API or MCP call?
Each request made with a personal API token, and each tool call an AI assistant makes through the AppGazers MCP server. Browsing the workspace while signed in does not count.
Who is the seller?
AppGazers is operated by Sohel Kabir, a sole proprietor. Paddle.com is the reseller and Merchant of Record, so your card statement and receipt show Paddle. Purchases are covered by our Terms and Conditions, the Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.
How do I get help with a payment?
